Mamzells chocolate and potato cupcake

Ingredients
Cupcake
- 1/4 cup (15 g) of Mamzells Sofia
- 1/3 cup (85 mL) sugar
- 1 large egg
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla essence
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of milk
- 2/3 cup (170 mL) all-purpose flour
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) Dutch cocoa powder
- ½ tsp (2.5 mL) cinnamon
- 4 mL (1/4 tablespoon) baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Ganache
- 170 ml (⅔ cup) cream cheese, softened
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup (50g) powdered sugar

Cupcake
- Preheat the oven to 400 ° F and boil the potatoes during this time. Drain the potatoes and puree them with a pestle or food processor.
- In a large bowl, mix half of the butter and the sugar. Add the egg, the cinnamon, the cocoa powder and the milk and vanilla to the mashed potatoes.
