Québec Parmentier brings together over 30 family farms proudly specializing in potato production, which represents over 4 000 hectares and 130 million pounds of potatoes harvested annually. Its production, storage and packaging capacity make Québec Parmentier the leading producer-owned organization in Canada.

In Southern Ontario, long crop rotations allow our unique Mamzells varieties to be grown locally and sustainably on prime farm land. They are packed just north of Toronto at Downey Farms, a fourth generation family company that has been proudly harvesting potatoes since 1924.

In Western Canada, our varieties are grown locally and packed by Thomas Fresh. Their close partnerships with growers who put sustainability first, along with their steadfast belief in providing high quality products, has made them Western Canada’s premium grower, packer and shipper since 1998.
